MyHEAT creates heat loss maps and home energy insights that help make energy loss easier to understand. Go has partnered with MyHEAT to help turn those insights into lower energy costs, improved comfort, and practical next steps.

The MyHEAT Home Profile is a free view of how a home is performing, provided by Go and powered by MyHEAT. It uses thermal imagery to show where heat may be escaping - such as through the roof, walls, windows, and doors - and includes a HEAT Rating to help you better understand heat loss in your home. It also highlights rebates, incentives, and possible next steps based on your results.

There's no catch. Go provides this tool as a benefit to help customers better understand their home's energy performance and connect them to rebates, incentives, and next steps. You are under no obligation to purchase anything.

Your address is used to locate the correct home and show the right Home Profile. Your home information is handled using secure data practices and is used to deliver services offered by Go. The purpose of this experience is to help you better understand your home's performance and what to do next.

A traditional home heat audit usually requires a trained assessor to visit the home, often costs hundreds of dollars, and can take time to schedule. Your Home Profile gives you immediate aerial thermal imaging results you can access right away, at no cost. It is best used as a first step — helping you see likely heat loss issues early and prepare for the in-person assessment that is often needed to unlock upgrades, rebates, or other next steps.

MyHEAT respects your privacy and our Heat Loss Maps cannot see inside your home. When you opt out, your home will no longer be displayed on the MyHEAT platform and you will not receive any communication from MyHEAT. To opt out, email us at go@myheat.ca.
